Scott,

I looked at the unedited text, and I found:

Now, that's not to say that in certain instances, uh, strategically played out for certain purposes that industrial sabotage doesn't have its place. I think it certainly does.

What in the world do you think that means?

And why are there statements in the video, clearly lauding violence, that aren't addressed in the link you posted?

I don't know and I don't care. All I need to know is that if the video had been released in an unedited and complete format, nobody would have thought it was anything too controversial. The controversy, therefore, was manufactured by the guy who created the edited version. Apparently he has a history of just these sorts of antics. Why would anyone trust him? Why would you? This isn't journalism, it's an ideological hit job. It's disappointing to find someone like yourself parroting it out to your readers without question or criticism. If I hadn't posted that link, would you have? If you'd come across it later?

And you know that how?

The parts in the version I posted show the speaker talking, with obvious approval, about the need to intimidate managers in order to gain concessions. He talked about industrial sabotage with obvious approval, and said he would not say that it "doesn't have its place."

Some things can't be "contexted" into acceptability. We didn't need to hear the entire "context" of Michael Richards' use of the n-word to know he was out of line.

If you find it, please come back and post the link.

This always makes me laugh. Liberals spent eight years parsing every syllable President Bush said looking for the least bit of controversy. Now that their ilk are in charge, they piss and moan when they are caught spewing hate and violence. A synonym for liberal is hypocrisy.

Yes, Scott that means you!

And JM, where were you able to see the "unedited text"? That would not have been the site the published the material, would it? Because that would simply be to assume that the publishers, who have a long history of questionable editing would have been legit. You admit you don't have access to the unedited video, and yet you claim to have looked at the unedited transcript. So please tell us where we can find the unedited transcript you claim to have checked.

Or, don't bother. As it turns out, the most damning bit of text, OUT OF 30 HOURS, is some guy saying that industrial sabotage has its place in some contexts (after which he denies explicitly that violence has a place). The way the Breitbart guys work is they make these accusations, and then there are corrections. But of course you and FOX news will not report the corrections.

If you weren't so biased you actually might feel a little shame about this.
